This role involves working both indoors and outdoors, engaging with prospective residents.
A Community Ambassador is an essential part of maintaining a welcoming and thriving community in Whisper Valley, ensuring that residents feel valued and connected to their neighbors and surroundings.
They will represent the community through presentations to customers who have either booked a tour, or are walk-in visitors, Builders, and Realtors.
We are looking for someone that is extremely PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent and accurate information and support the team.
This will involve Fridays and Saturdays 9:
30 am to 6 pm and Sundays Noon to 4 pm Duties:
Promote the Whisper Valley lifestyle, product lines, amenities, new sections, and additions based on Community directives Conduct on-site community and amenity tours Learn details of the community and then deliver a motivating, relaxed, and engaging presentation with knowledge and confidence Willing to pitch in as needed within the welcome center and respectful of time and workload of others Skills and Abilities:
Confident speaker with excellent presentation, communication, and ability to respond to questions from Prospects, Residents, and Realtors A team player; able to work toward the success of the community Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Takes pride in work, assuring our Standard of Excellence is met in all deliverables Maintain professional demeanor at all times Job Type:
