We provide freelance Audiovisual Technicians with competitively paid opportunities in the Corporate event & conference sectors.
We are continuously expanding & operating nationally, with most of our work in Austin, New Orleans, and Nashville.
We are seeking a motivated individual who can perform High Caliber Administrative duties.
The ideal candidate must be confident, detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and be self-motivated when working independently.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace (especially sheets and docs) and the aspiration to learn and expand their knowledge with new skills is a must for this atmosphere.
The requirements for the ideal candidate for this role would be:
- Proficient with Excel - Proficient with Google Workspace (sheets/docs/calendar/email) - Proficient with accurate data entry - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Dependable - Organized - Excellent time management - Ability to work independently is a MUST - once tasks are completed you are looking and asking for new tasks - Multi-tasking is a MUST - Knowledge of Quickbooks (online) and Gusto would be beneficial - Detail oriented and a quick learner (accurate data entry) - Ability to work well with others via office, email, and phone interactions - Exhibit a professional demeanor via telephone, email, and business interactions - Looking for something long term with growth opportunities - Some after hours and weekend work during busy season/big events; Spring and Fall - Has dependable transportation to get to and from work in Manor Responsibilities - Working alongside owners, HR/Payroll, and labor coordinators - Building Excel/Google workbooks - Staying on top of and answering emails - Create, revise and issue contracts - Maintaining a calendar of ongoing events - Maintain work flow during busy season and when under pressure - In office from 9:
30am - 5:
30pm M-F (with 1hr of after hours work accounted for daily, when needed) -Always looking for and able to take on other tasks to help when needed and when job tasks are completed.
