We are looking to add hardworking and reliable members to our staff.
MUST have driver's license.
We are looking for an Estimator to join our team and provide accurate estimates for residential wiring projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical industry, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have experience with estimating software.
This individual will be responsible for creating accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other costs associated with construction projects.
The Estimator will also be responsible for communicating progress with a manager throughout the bid.
The Estimator will also track project progress and providing updates to the project manager.
Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates for construction projects.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
Review bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
Develop a cost breakdown structure for each project.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Maintain records of material costs, labor costs, and other expenses associated with projects.
Consulting with Clients and Vendors through email.
